Items purchased from DuracomSupply.com may be returned within 5 days
of receipt with a return authorizaton number.
Returned items must be new, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Special orders and open box specials are not returnable. You must contact us
within 5 days of receipt for a return authorization number (RAN).

How do I return an item?

1. Request an RAN within 5 days of receipt to cs@duracomsupply.com
2. Write the RAN on the package.
3. Mail the package to:

offering tracking or delivery confirmation number. We are not responsible for
